Kenshiro, successor to the assassination art Hokuto Shinken, carries seven star-shaped scars across his chest as he crosses a wasteland left behind by nuclear war, standing between the weak and the warlords who prey on them. This 2026 series rebuilds the original Fist of the North Star from the ground up, aiming for a closer adaptation of the manga than the 1984 anime managed, and renders the wasteland in cell-shaded 3D animation.
