Kurokami no Otome, literally 'the girl with black hair,' spends one long night hopping between bars, festivals, and used bookstores across Kyoto, oblivious to the upperclassman quietly trailing her with a crush he's been sitting on for months. Each new stop turns into its own small adventure as she drinks, argues, and charms her way through the city's nightlife. This manga adapts the 2006 novel of the same name, condensing it into five volumes.
