As Academy City nears completion of its space elevator, Endymion, Kamijou Touma and the nun Index cross paths with Arisa Meigo, a Level 0 esper whose past makes her a target for magicians converging on the city. Touma's instinct to step into other people's fights pulls him straight into the middle of a conflict between science and sorcery neither Arisa nor the city's defenders are ready for. This manga adapts the same story as the Endymion no Kiseki feature film.
