ブルーロック

Yoichi Isagi, a high school striker who chose to pass instead of shoot in a decisive tournament match and lost, receives an invitation to Blue Lock. The radical training facility, devised by eccentric coach Jinpachi Ego, exists to forge Japan's most ruthless goal scorer. Three hundred of the country's best young strikers are locked inside, competing in elimination rounds where the losers are permanently banned from the national team. Isagi bets everything on becoming the kind of egoist striker Ego's program demands.

This is like JJK but for even more younger people, the amount of characters is staggering at times but all of them are ridiculous in a good way, i liked it when the guy was a striker and an egoist.
