Standing barely five feet tall, Ushio Hinomaru walks into Oodachi High School's struggling sumo club aiming for nothing less than the sport's highest rank, Yokozuna. His size works against him in a sport built on bulk, but the former elementary-school champion throws himself into training anyway, pulling his handful of clubmates along with his ambition. The manga follows the club's climb from also-rans toward national contention.
