Sailor Moon and the Sailor Senshi face the witch Badiane, who lures Tokyo's children away with enchanted flute music to feed their dreams into a growing Black Dream Hole meant to eventually swallow the Earth. When Chibiusa is taken along with the others, the team has to track down Badiane's floating ship and stop her before the hole grows too large, with help from a repentant dream elf named Peruru.
