The Girl Who Leapt Through Time

Makoto Konno, a seventeen-year-old at Kuranose High School in Tokyo, discovers she can leap backward through time after an accident in the science lab. She burns through her leaps fixing small annoyances — dodging a pop quiz, replaying a karaoke session, avoiding an awkward confession from her friend Chiaki Mamiya — without considering that each jump has a cost. When a numbered mark on her arm ticks toward zero, Makoto realizes her careless rewinding has set events in motion she cannot simply undo.
