Ash wins a local Pokémon tournament and is proclaimed Aura Guardian, a title that draws the attention of Mew just before it takes his partner Pikachu. The theft wakes Lucario, a Pokémon sealed for centuries inside an aura-charged staff, who joins Ash to track Mew and unravel the legend of Sir Aaron, the Aura Guardian who once wielded it.
