Tatsumi Saiga, a former war photographer numbed by what he has seen, infiltrates the Tennouzu Group's members-only fetish club to photograph Kagura Tennouzu, the sheltered heiress her family keeps there as the club's goddess. Caught and marked for execution, Saiga is saved when Kagura kisses him, and the kiss leaves him with a strange power: anything he photographs is destroyed. Pursued by Chouji Suitengu, the Tennouzu executive who built and runs the club, Saiga takes Kagura on the run, learning that contact with her grants others equally dangerous abilities shaped by their own obsessions.
