Synopsis
Koyomi Takasaki is adjusting to a quieter life after his parents' divorce when a new classmate, Kazune Takigawa, walks up and calls him her boyfriend, insisting they were a couple in a version of this world Koyomi has never lived in. In this setting, people occasionally cross over between countless parallel Earths, each shaped by small, different choices, and Kazune claims to be one such traveler from the world's 85th iteration. As Koyomi tries to reconcile the stranger's certainty with his own memory of never meeting her, the two are drawn together across a divide neither can fully explain.
