Haruki Nakano, a first-year high schooler and dedicated gamer, shares a cramped apartment with his four sisters, who spend their days needling him over every small mistake: steady eldest Mutsuki, athletic tsundere Yayoi, mischievous twin Uzuki, and shy otaku twin Satsuki. Told in four-panel gag format, each episode is a self-contained slice of the Nakano household's routine: sisters pranking Haruki, Haruki grumbling about it, and everyone circling back to genuine affection by the end. There's no larger plot beyond the five of them getting through an ordinary day together.
