超時空要塞マクロス THE FIRST

An alien spacecraft crash-lands on Earth and is rebuilt as the fortress ship SDF-1 Macross, only for a Zentradi fleet to attack during its maiden voyage and fling the ship and its host city into deep space. Pilot Hikaru Ichijou, aspiring idol Lynn Minmay, and bridge officer Misa Hayase must fight their way back toward Earth as the war escalates around them. This manga retells the story of the original 1982 Super Dimension Fortress Macross television series.
