Alba Frühling, the 45th of the kingdom's 75 dispatched heroes, and his blunt escort Ross face the demon lord Rchimedes again after a new rift rips open and spills monsters across the land. The fallout of Rchimedes' return separates the pair, and Alba pushes forward with Ruki and the rest of his patchwork unit while trying to find his way back to Ross. This second season keeps the original's rapid-fire gag rhythm and short episodes.
