Synopsis
Hayate Ayasaki, Nagi Sanzenin, and the rest of the household spend the last days of summer at classmate Ayumu Nishizawa's countryside vacation home, only for a mysterious spirit to start scheming to separate butler and mistress. As the group, including Hinagiku Katsura and the maid Maria, gets pulled deeper into the spirit's plan, Hayate has to figure out how to keep Nagi safe without breaking the rules of his employment. This theatrical film is an original story set between the anime's first two TV seasons rather than an adaptation of a specific manga arc.
