Tamaki Kasuga has taken on her grandmother's role as the new Tamayori Princess, standing at the center of a world she is now sworn to defend, with five guardians pledged to protect her, among them Takuma Onizaki, the first to make that vow. This season opens with that guardianship already strained, as doubts and friction start to surface among the very protectors sworn to keep Tamaki safe. Adapted from the same otome game as the first season, it continues directly from where the original TV run left off.
