Seven years after a mysterious flying saucer appeared over Lake Kiriya, Nonoka Komiya returns to the small town she left as a child, her memories of that summer hazy at best. A spirited, blue-haired girl named Noel greets her as if they were always close, and claims she can grant the wish Nonoka and four childhood friends once made together at an old observatory. Reconnecting with those friends forces Nonoka to start piecing together what that wish actually was.
