While taxiing for takeoff, government negotiator Koujirou Shindou watches a colossal structure materialize out of nowhere and swallow his plane with all 251 people aboard. Inside, a humanoid visitor calling himself Yaha-kui zaShunina announces to all of Japan that he intends to intervene in the country's affairs, leaving Shindou to open negotiations with a being whose motives no one can read. This manga adapts the original Kado: The Right Answer anime.
