Synopsis
Fresh off her crew's costly victory over the rebellious battleship Musashi, Captain Akeno Misaki finds the Harekaze critically damaged and rumors spreading that the ship will be scrapped. The Harekaze's own secretary, Kouko Nosa, talks the crew into a signature campaign to save the ship, and Akeno and her crew end up fighting for their future on paper instead of at sea.
