Synopsis
Three elementary schoolers in Tokyo's Ueno neighborhood declare themselves 'the Colors,' a self-appointed team dedicated to protecting the peace of their town: energetic Saki Kise, level-headed Yui Akamatsu, and video-game-obsessed Kotoha Aoyama. Armed with more enthusiasm than actual authority, they spend their days chasing down minor mysteries, pestering the neighborhood police officer, and turning ordinary errands into elaborate missions around the district.
