Synopsis
Yashiro Isana, a carefree student at Ashinaka High School, is accused of murdering Tatara Totsuka, a member of the Red Clan HOMRA. Both HOMRA and Scepter 4, the Blue Clan's enforcement arm, converge on Yashiro to settle the matter — one through vengeance, the other through law. Caught between them, Yashiro finds allies in Kuroh Yatogami, a swordsman bound by his late master's final order, and Neko, a Strain with the power to alter perception. Set in a world where seven psychic Kings and their clans govern Japan in secret.
