Synopsis
Nine-year-old Memempu lives with her father Gagumber in Pinyin, one of the underground colonies humanity has carved out of the bedrock, and wants to become a Marker, one of the specialists who chart the deadly Labyrinth outside. What she is really chasing is a landscape from a recurring dream: a white tower under a ceiling that never ends. Gagumber, a former Marker who now works the ore seams, gives in after she wears him down, and the two head into the Labyrinth in a hulking work robot. This manga adapts the Sakugan TV anime.
