Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet

Four illustrated short stories set in the ruined world of the Planetarian visual novel, arranged around its events: two before, two after. The opening piece returns to the planetarium where the robot Hoshino Yumemi worked, seen through the eyes of a human colleague who watches her behave in ways nobody can explain. The rest look elsewhere, from a sniper's war in a distant country to the children of a sealed-off settlement who meet an old traveler. The collection widens the setting rather than retelling the main story.
