Kurozuka

黒塚

Kuro, a wanderer modeled on the historical general Minamoto no Yoshitsune, flees into the mountains with his retainer Benkei after his own brother turns on him and marks him for death. There they find Kuromitsu, a beautiful, solitary woman living alone in a house cut off from everything, and the secret she is hiding is that she has been immortal for centuries and feeds on blood. Their bond forms fast, but Kuromitsu's true nature threatens to unravel it as much as any pursuit from Kuro's past.
