Synopsis
As a child, Mira Konohata promised a stargazing friend named Ao, whom she took for a boy, that the two of them would find an asteroid together someday. Years later she joins her high school's Earth Sciences Club, formed by merging the astronomy club with the geology research society, and is stunned to find Ao Manaka waiting there, and to learn that Ao is a girl. Reunited at last, the two chase down that old promise alongside upperclassmen Mai Inose and Mikage Sakurai, one telescope and rock sample at a time.
