Timid comic artist Nishi has never worked up the courage to confess to Myon, his childhood crush, who is now engaged to a hulking truck driver. When a gunman bursts into the café where Myon's sister works, the shock jolts Nishi out of his passivity, and he pulls both women into a chaotic escape that spirals into something far stranger than a simple getaway. The manga's three volumes inspired the 2004 animated film of the same name.
