Action Kamen has lost his Action Stone to a villain called Leotard Devil, and to get it back he arranges for Shinnosuke to turn up a rare trading card, then pulls the whole Nohara family into a parallel Japan where half the population has already been turned into the Devil's creatures. Shinnosuke and his parents get swept into the hero's fight, and the missing stone turns out to be closer to hand than anyone realized. Released in 1993, this is the first Crayon Shin-chan feature film.
