Synopsis
Haruyuki Arita, a short, overweight middle-schooler bullied into retreat, spends his days topping the local squash game's leaderboard through his school's Neurolinker network. The student council vice-president Kuroyukihime notices his reaction speed and introduces him to Brain Burst, a secret fighting program that lets its users accelerate their consciousness to the point where time appears frozen. As her Burst Linker protégé Silver Crow, Haruyuki enters a hidden battle arena where losing all your points means permanent expulsion from the accelerated world.
