Two rival oracles, the sisters Hinoto and Kanoe, have each gathered an army around opposing answers to that question: the Dragons of Heaven and the Dragons of Earth. Both sides converge on Kamui the moment he is back in the city, and reuniting with his childhood friends Kotori and Fuma Monou pulls him toward a fight none of the three saw coming.
