Synopsis
Nana has dreamed of working as a caretaker at Japari Park since she was a kid, and the manga opens as she finally starts her training under veteran park guide Mirai, looking after the park's animal-turned-human Friends. Learning that not every Friend is easy to befriend, she spends her days getting to know first-generation residents like Serval, Kitakitsune, and Tsuchinoko in slice-of-life vignettes set before the second Cerulean attack reshapes the park. It takes place in the world of the original Kemono Friends mobile game, in the days before the anime.
