Ryou Machiko has lived alone and cooked for herself since her grandmother died, and though her technique is excellent, something about her food never quite tastes right anymore. That changes when her cousin Kirin Morino starts staying over on weekends for cram school, and eating together turns out to be the missing ingredient Ryou couldn't cook her way around. The manga follows their weekends together, one shared meal at a time.
