Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji return to a shattered Cephiro, where the death of the Pillar Emeraude has left monsters loose and the land in decline. As the neighboring nations of Chizeta, Fahren, and Autozam move to seize Cephiro's throne, the three Magic Knights face a new rival in Lady Debonair, who believes she alone is fit to become the next Pillar. This TV series is the second season, continuing directly from the original Magic Knight Rayearth.
