Synopsis
Jo and Meg return to Westland, New York, to celebrate the birthday of Shirley, a girl they once looked after, and find her attacked and badly hurt by a serial killer working the city's streets. Hunting the culprit alongside their old ally Sam pulls the two mercenaries into a conspiracy bigger than one murderer. This OVA sits between episode 14 of the TV series and the story's ending, filling in one of Bakuretsu Tenshi's unresolved threads; the manga prequel Angel's Adolescence covers Jo and Meg's earlier history.
