A typhoon leaves behind a small wind spirit that Nobita Nobi names Fuuko, and one of Doraemon's gadgets carries the group into a hidden land split between the Wind Village and the Storm Village. Fuuko turns out to be central to the feud between the two villages, and Suneo Honekawa is possessed by the vengeful spirit of Uranda, a former shaman freed from his tomb. Nobita, Doraemon, Shizuka Minamoto, and Takeshi Gouda have to protect Fuuko and free Suneo before the conflict between the villages spirals further.
