Stung by Suneo Honekawa showing off a fossilized dinosaur claw, Nobita Nobi digs up an egg fossil of his own and uses Doraemon's gadgets to hatch it into a live Futabasaurus he names Piisuke. Raising Piisuke in secret works until he grows too big to hide, forcing Nobita and Doraemon to return him to prehistoric times, where hunters from the future are already stalking his kind. This 2006 film remakes the original 1980 Doraemon movie with updated animation.
