Synopsis
A decade after the Kagutsu Incident killed the Red and Blue Kings and devastated eastern Japan, Gouki Zenjou, once the right hand of Blue King Jin Habari, still struggles to accept Reisi Munakata as Habari's successor. Back in the ranks of Munakata's SCEPTER 4, Zenjou is ordered to personally train new recruit Takeru Kusuhara, a task that forces him to confront his loyalty to the king he lost.
