Hiyori Yamakawa fishes alone on the beach where her late father once taught her, until Koharu Minagi shows up curious about her fly rod. Days later the two discover their parents are marrying each other, turning strangers into stepsisters who now live under one roof. Hiyori keeps teaching Koharu fishing techniques as the two settle into their shared home, splitting their time between the water and the kitchen where they cook whatever they catch.
