Synopsis
Second-year high school student Daichi Manatsu travels to Tanegashima after a mysterious ring-shaped rainbow draws him back to the island where his father died years earlier. There the Globe organization recruits him to pilot the mecha Earth Engine against the Kiltgang, invaders from Uranus who take machine bodies and drain human life force, and he meets Hana Mutou and Akari Yomatsuri along the way. This manga adapts the original TV anime, retelling Daichi's recruitment into the fight without covering the anime's later arcs.
