Synopsis
BREAKERS is Japan's first competitive men's cheerleading squad, built at a university by former judoka Haruki Bando and his childhood friend Kazuma Hashimoto after Haruki quits judo without a new goal in sight. The roster fills out with recruits as mismatched as they are enthusiastic: hot-tempered Mizoguchi, bottomless-appetite Ton, two laid-back guys from Kansai, and Shou, the one member who already knows how to cheer. This manga adapts the original Cheer Danshi!! novel, tracking the squad's routines, rivalries, and growing pains on the way up.
