Psycho-Pass 2

Inspector Akane Tsunemori leads a reorganized Unit One that now includes rookie inspector Mika Shimotsuki, Ginoza demoted to Enforcer, and new Enforcers Sakuya Togane and Sho Hinakawa. Their first case points at Kirito Kamui, a man the Sibyl System's scanners cannot read at all and who teaches latent criminals to lower their Crime Coefficients. With a suspect the system is blind to, Akane has to build a case the Dominators cannot make for her.
