Synopsis
Inspector Akane Tsunemori leads a reorganized Unit One that now includes rookie inspector Mika Shimotsuki, Ginoza demoted to Enforcer, and new Enforcers Sakuya Togane and Sho Hinakawa. Their target is Kirito Kamui, a figure who cannot be read by the Sibyl System's scanners and who teaches latent criminals to lower their Crime Coefficients. Kamui's invisibility stems from a childhood plane crash — his body was reconstructed from the organs and tissue of 184 crash victims, creating a composite existence that Sibyl's individual-focused judgment cannot parse. The season builds to a confrontation in which Akane forces Sibyl to recognize collective psycho-passes, judging itself for the first time.
