Blue Spring Ride: Awaken

Three chapters revisit familiar Ao Haru Ride moments from angles the main manga skips. The first retells an early scene through Kou Mabuchi's eyes instead of Futaba Yoshioka's; the second follows Futaba weighing whether to change her look before starting high school; the third puts Kou back in the observer's seat, watching how much Futaba changes once school starts. The volume trades new plot for perspective, filling in what Kou was thinking while Futaba's chapters carried the main story.
