Years after high school, Sawako Kuronuma and her once-rival, now inseparable friend Kurumi are as close as ever at university. When a stranger named Eiji Akahoshi rescues Kurumi from an awkward run-in, she starts falling for him, only to learn he's Sawako's cousin. Torn between chasing that feeling and protecting her friendship with Sawako, Kurumi has to work out whether this is real love or a passing crush. This spin-off manga carries the Kimi ni Todoke cast into their college years, continuing the story past the original series' ending.
