Two decades before Kiyotaka Ayanokouji enrolls at the Advanced Nurturing High School, his father Atsuomi Ayanokouji is a fixer for political boss Jinnosuke Naoe, tasked with building a secret institution called the White Room to engineer perfect operatives.
