Chibiusa and Hotaru have to face down the Amazoness Quartet while the seal on Queen Nehelenia's prison keeps loosening. This film continues directly from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal Part 1, completing the Dead Moon Circus arc from the original manga.
