私の友達がモテないのはどう考えてもお前らが悪い。

Tomoko Kuroki's middle school years get a harder look in this four-panel spinoff, told through the eyes of her only friend, Yuu Naruse, as she puts up with Tomoko's antisocial streak. Classmate Kotomi Komiyama also appears here, her resentment toward Tomoko traced back to this same period. Where the original series plays Tomoko's awkwardness for sympathy, this side story shows her at her least likable, giving Yuu's patience and Kotomi's grudge a clearer origin.
