Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You

スーパーの裏でヤニ吸う二人

Sasaki, a worn-down salaryman, finds his one comfort in Yamada, the cheerful cashier at his neighborhood late-night supermarket. After a rough shift he steps out back for air and meets a leather-jacketed regular named Tayama having a smoke. Tayama already knows about his crush on Yamada, and the two start meeting behind the store to talk and smoke together, though Sasaki never puts together that Tayama and Yamada are the same woman living two different lives. What begins as a stolen break becomes an unlikely friendship neither expected.
