Kazuha Aoi, Arnett McMillan, and the other Pandora who shaped West Genetics get their beginnings told here, arc by arc. Chiffon Fairchild and Elizabeth Mably, Rana Linchen and Cathy Lockharte, Kazuha and Yumi Kim each anchor a stretch of the anthology, as new Limiters and Pandora form the partnerships the main Freezing story later builds on. Satellizer el Bridget's own beginnings appear late in the run.
