Synopsis
After a summer spent racing Gunma's best, Takumi Fujiwara gets a formal challenge from Ryousuke Takahashi, leader of the Akagi RedSuns and known across the mountain circuit as the White Comet. The trilogy's closing film puts Takumi's Toyota AE86 against Ryousuke's Mazda RX-7 FC on the Akina mountain pass, in a race meant to settle who actually deserves the title of Gunma's fastest driver. It's the theatrical retelling's final act, closing out the manga arc the first two films built toward.
