Synopsis
The autumn term opens at First High with a student council president election at the end of the month, and the obvious successors keep stepping aside: Azusa Nakajou refuses to stand, and Hanzou Hattori is being steered toward running the club activities group instead. With outgoing president Mayumi Saegusa's seat still unclaimed, the campus pushes an unlikely name onto the ballot, that of Tatsuya Shiba. This short arc follows directly on from the previous summer-break volume and leads into the Yokohama Disturbance storyline.
