Synopsis
A year and a half after the Dollars gang disbanded, three teenagers converge on Ikebukuro in this Durarara!! sequel light novel. Yahiro Mizuchi comes from rural Akita hoping to meet another so-called monster like himself; Kuon Kotonami sees the neighborhood's urban legends as a business opportunity; and Himeka Tatsugami is retracing the article her sister was writing about the Headless Rider when she vanished.
