BLUE GIANT
BLUE GIANT
Dai Miyamoto picks up a saxophone after discovering jazz and, in just three years of practice, moves to Tokyo determined to become the best player in the world. Classically trained pianist Yukinori Sawabe dismisses him at first, then hears him play and signs on, alongside drummer Shunji Tamada, who has barely touched jazz before. Together the three form the band JASS, none of them a comfortable fit for what the jazz scene expects.
